Lakeside Cottage is conveniently located so you can enjoy the many attractions and recreational activities in the area. The Western Entrance to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Grand Island , Lake Superior , and area boat tours are just 10 minutes away in Munising. Lakeside Cottage is a cozy and very clean 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, on a Lake perfect for swimming, fishing and water sports! The cottage is approximately 1,000 sq.ft. and is roomy enough for up to 8 guests. The cottage is smoke free and able to accept well behaved dogs for an additional fee. The cottage sits on a 1.2 acre lot, one of the largest on this lake and has a panaramic view. There is a sandy beach for little ones to build castles, swimming and water fun. There is a sand volleyball court beside the house for a game or two. The Master bedroom has one Queen size bed, bedside table and reading lamp, closet, dresser and a private entry to outside. The Loft has one Queen size bed, one Double size bed and twin size beds, a dresser and box fans for the windows. The bathroom has a shower, towels, included The fully furnished cottage has a wonderful view of the lake with a wood burning fireplace, TV with a few channels, Dvd Player (bring your movies for rainy days!) and a stereo with speakers hooked into the screened porch! The complete kitchen has a microwave, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, basic spices, full refrigerator, stove and oven. There is a screened in porch for relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake and the Hiawatha National Forest or reading that new book.
